Provide part-time senior technical and managerial guidance to transportation project teams. Lead and review plan production, advise on schedules, risk, and proposals, perform QA/QC, mentor staff, and troubleshoot design, structure, hydrology, and traffic engineering issues for PennDOT/PTC projects.

Serve as front-line receptionist and administrative assistant for a PMO: greet visitors, manage sign-ins and access (key cards, hang tags), direct calls, handle mail/packages, maintain reception area and supplies, track PPE and equipment, manage conference room scheduling, take meeting minutes, and provide administrative support to multiple departments.

Lead electrical design oversight for substation and traction power systems on rail/transit projects. Review designs, ensure compliance with standards, coordinate with clients and contractors, support construction, testing and commissioning, mentor junior engineers, and manage schedules, deliverables, and QA processes.

Assist civil engineers and project managers in preparing highway and railroad designs, calculations, technical reports, drawings, quantities, and cost estimates. Use CADD/design software to produce plan sets, perform site visits and data collection, research solutions, and provide technical support for meetings and project contract document assembly under direct supervision.

Assist in data analysis and design for transportation projects, develop plans, conduct field inspections, and ensure ADA compliance.
