Supports transportation engineers and project managers with highway and roadway planning, design, analysis, drafting, CAD revisions, calculations, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, technical documentation, data analysis, and field documentation. The intern assists with design plans, reports, specifications, inspections, and administrative tasks under the supervision of licensed engineers or project managers.

Assists civil engineers and project managers with traffic engineering analyses, transportation planning, traffic designs, technical reports, roadway and signal plans, field data collection, quantity estimates, and construction cost estimates. The role supports transportation studies, meetings, and site visits under direct supervision.

Leads enterprise technology sourcing across software, cloud, SaaS, telecommunications, managed services, and professional services. Manages RFPs, supplier evaluations, complex negotiations, IT contract lifecycles, renewals, supplier governance, spend analytics, benchmarking, and category strategies. Delivers cost savings and total cost of ownership improvements while partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, HR, and business stakeholders. Also advances procurement efficiency through automation, AI-enabled tools, analytics, and formal vendor performance management.

Develops strategic plans, market assessments, financial and operational models, competitive intelligence, and executive-ready presentations. Analyzes business performance, industry trends, growth opportunities, and investment scenarios to support C-suite and board decision-making. Coordinates with finance, operations, marketing, and business leaders to validate assumptions, track strategic initiatives, and deliver concise insights. The role also supports strategy-related communications and manages multiple workstreams.

Administers health, welfare, disability, leave, wellness, and open enrollment programs. Analyzes benefits trends, benchmarks programs, supports regulatory compliance, manages vendors and invoices, tracks performance metrics, and assists employees and HR partners with benefits inquiries and leave processes. Conducts benefits orientations and recommends process and program improvements.

Leads FEMA Public Assistance and disaster recovery programs for state, local, tribal, and territorial clients. Advises senior stakeholders on eligibility, funding, compliance, project formulation, reimbursement, appeals, audits, and closeout. Manages multidisciplinary teams, staffing, budgets, schedules, deliverables, risks, and client relationships while coordinating with FEMA and government agencies. Provides executive briefings, mentorship, proposal support, and strategic guidance throughout the disaster recovery lifecycle. Travel to client and disaster-affected locations is required.

Designs electrical systems for building and facility projects, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, emergency power, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems. Prepares calculations, specifications, reports, and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD. Coordinates multidisciplinary designs, supports construction administration, reviews submittals and RFIs, conducts site visits, contributes to proposals and quality reviews, and mentors junior staff. Requires a PE license and experience with complex building projects.

Supports electrical engineering projects by preparing calculations, drawings, and visual aids; assisting project managers and engineers; making minor AutoCAD and Revit revisions; collecting and verifying data; and performing tasks under supervision.

Develop electrical engineering designs for industrial facilities, including power distribution, grounding, lighting, controls, fire alarm, and construction documentation. Prepare calculations, specifications, technical studies, and infrastructure planning documents; research engineering solutions; communicate with clients and project stakeholders; support proposals and design-build work; and travel occasionally as needed.

Provides front-line on-site and remote IT support for hardware, software, printing, Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory issues. Manages support tickets from intake through resolution, builds and deploys computers using SCCM, supports onboarding and access requests, coordinates escalations with infrastructure and network teams, and works with hardware vendors on repairs and replacements. Contributes to knowledge documentation and process improvements.
