Lead advanced accounting tasks including complex financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, budgeting, forecasts, and financial analysis. Supervise and mentor junior staff, develop accounting policies, coordinate internal/external audits, collaborate across departments, and execute special projects to support executive decision-making and regulatory compliance.

Prepare and review mortgage loan documents, coordinate closings with loan officers, title companies and underwriters, ensure compliance and funding readiness, maintain closing records, provide customer service, and identify process improvements to streamline closings.
