Leads the global Workday HRIS strategy, roadmap, governance, portfolio, and operating model for total rewards, payroll, benefits, absence, time tracking, and People & Culture processes. Partners with HR, Finance, Compliance, Payroll, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable solutions, establish controls and prioritization frameworks, and ensure operational resilience. Manages HRIS analysts and drives accountability for delivery outcomes.

Lead mechanical engineering for data center global design standards: translate owner requirements into reference designs, review project designs, mentor engineers, optimize mechanical systems (HVAC, chillers, pumps), perform engineering calculations and commissioning processes, engage vendors, and support cross-functional stakeholders to drive efficiency, innovation, and deployment at scale.

Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite and senior executives: manage schedules, travel, meetings, documents, expenses, stakeholder communications, minute-taking, and special projects while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Lead and manage complex electrical engineering projects for data centers nationwide. Provide technical direction and mentorship, perform power system analysis, ensure code compliance (IBC, NFPA, NEC), support urgent electrical incidents, develop procedures (MOPs/EOPs/SOPs), assess client expansions, and present technical reports to management. Collaborate cross-functionally and occasionally travel to sites.

Lead channel sales for Americas data center business by developing and managing brokers, sales agents and referral partners; generate pipeline and upsell opportunities; coordinate cross-regional teams; forecast partner-driven revenue; negotiate partnership agreements; mentor channel team members; maintain competitive and customer data; and drive execution of U.S. action plans aligned with global NTT initiatives.

Manage end-to-end governance for capital projects: run governance forums, manage intake/submissions, coordinate stakeholders, track actions/risks, maintain repository, and produce governance reporting and dashboards to support executive approvals.

Administer, configure, integrate, and support SAP Ariba within an SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay landscape. Ensure system stability, manage incidents and integrations, support supplier enablement, drive global rollouts, testing, process improvements, documentation, and stakeholder alignment across procurement and finance.

Manage onboarding, implementation, and lifecycle account management for hyperscale and large enterprise clients. Build and maintain client relationships, track account health and requirements, produce status reports and documentation, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee QA metrics and testing, review SLAs/contracts, drive continuous improvement, manage strategic projects, and provide executive-level presentations and 24/7 support as needed.
