Lead global go-to-market (GTM) planning and marketing operations: build frameworks, manage budgets and reporting, align cross-functional teams, support executive leadership, and operationalize campaign execution to drive brand, leads, and business impact.

Execute core accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close. Lead global sourcing strategy for IT and indirect categories, drive cost savings and supplier optimization, manage high-value negotiations and supplier risk, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, standardize processes, champion procurement transformation, and develop a global sourcing team.

Lead and oversee HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle, executing complex Workday/HRIS transactions, coordinating projects and process improvements, producing reports and metrics, ensuring compliance and audit readiness, and partnering with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and operational excellence.

Supports mechanical engineering for data center facilities, including hardware design, control sequence programming, troubleshooting, repairs, documentation, and stakeholder updates. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain reliable infrastructure operations and applies knowledge of mechanical systems, thermodynamics, CAD, and CFD. The remote role includes occasional data center visits, approximately 10% travel, and occasional work outside normal business hours.

Leads business analysis, advanced analytics, KPI development, data modeling, reporting automation, and AI/ML initiatives supporting global data-center construction and operational excellence. Builds datasets, dashboards, performance metrics, forecasts, and scenario models; translates complex findings for executives; aligns technology solutions with business needs; and promotes data governance, documentation, process improvement, and analytics maturity across cross-functional teams.
