Designs, programs, tests, and commissions PLC-based material handling and industrial control systems. Reviews electrical, safety, power, I/O, and network layouts; develops controls documentation and test plans; troubleshoots PLC, electrical, hardware, and communication issues; performs site commissioning and integrated system testing; manages punch-list items, subcontractor progress, reporting, customer support, and cross-functional coordination. Complete assigned tasks to schedule while learning company tools and developing electrical, networking, and safety system skills.

Designs and engineers mechanical material-handling and warehouse automation systems. Responsibilities include translating customer specifications into 2D and 3D designs, clash detection, spatial and system calculations, equipment specification, safety compliance, documentation, and coordination with electrical, controls, supply chain, installation, and site teams. Supports site surveys, installation, and commissioning, with domestic travel up to 50%.

Manages procurement throughout sales and project execution, ensuring timely, complete delivery of products and services. Leads RFx events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, supplier performance management, risk mitigation, escalation management, supply-plan updates, and sourcing decisions. Collaborates with sales engineering, project engineering, execution teams, and suppliers to reduce project risk and cost while supporting standardized and cost-effective solutions.
