Leads the development and lifecycle management of a secure, multi-tenant as-a-Service automation platform using ServiceNow. Defines requirements, guides development and configuration, integrates monitoring and incident-management tools, and automates ordering, billing, asset management, measurement, and reporting. Maintains platform security, patches, documentation, dashboards, and operational performance while leading demonstrations and advising customers and management.

Leads delivery assurance for client automation engagements, serving as the primary customer liaison and coordinating delivery teams, engineers, managers, and internal automation groups.
