Provide electrical technical support for AOPV and JSS vessels: investigate and resolve defects onboard or via documentation, liaise with OEMs and ship staff, develop work instructions and SOWs, manage service providers, support certification, assess obsolescence/alternate parts, and implement engineering changes and surveys.

Write and maintain mechanical technical specifications, work instructions, and SOWs to support corrective maintenance for naval vessels. Liaise with OEMs, ship staff, FMF work centres, and engineering teams; investigate defects onboard or in documentation; support deviations/waivers, material identification, and service provider coordination to ensure timely defect resolution and regulatory/compliance requirements.

The Principal Electrical Engineer will lead hardware design and development for embedded systems, ensuring performance and reliability, while managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Support in-service naval programs (AOPV, JSS, MWAV) by managing electrical defects, conducting technical investigations and load calculations, preparing work scopes and instructions, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors, and supporting engineering changes and margin management for ship systems.

Provide administrative and project coordination support across the project lifecycle: process sales orders, track project progress, manage calendars, prepare documents, coordinate with internal teams and warehouses, support meetings and onsite customer events, handle time/expense reporting, and maintain filing and office logistics. Requires U.S. citizenship for post-hire regulatory clearances.

Design and develop electronic circuit assemblies across the product lifecycle including concept, schematic capture, simulation, PCB bring-up, test and system integration. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, produce design documentation and test plans, participate in peer and project reviews, and report progress against cost, schedule and performance targets.

Lead new customer acquisition for Thales Software Monetization across UK/Ireland, BeNeLux and Nordics. Drive direct sales to key accounts and upper midmarket, build pipeline, qualify and close deals, attend events, coordinate pre-sales and services, develop value propositions, forecast targets, and document activities in Salesforce from initial contact to contract.

Support and drive Configuration Management processes across development and in-service support programs. Maintain CI lifecycle accuracy, coordinate product releases, perform audits, manage technical documentation and BOMs, chair change boards, establish KPIs, and liaise with project teams to resolve baseline discrepancies.

Define and recommend solution and solution-element architectures for vehicle optronics and sensors. Use MBSE/ARCADIA and systems-thinking to derive, model and verify requirements, manage requirements flow-down, produce technical specifications and test plans, support integration and verification, and ensure design compliance and certification while working with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Develop and execute LATAM channel marketing strategy aligned to global priorities. Translate campaigns and product launches into partner programs, manage Co-Op/MDF budgets, activate regional events and digital demand-generation, measure performance and pipeline contribution, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive partner engagement and revenue growth across multiple Latin American markets.
