The Senior Roadway Project Manager leads roadway study and design projects, manages teams, consults clients, and ensures project delivery. Responsibilities include proposal preparation, design development, and overseeing project scope and budgets.

Provide front-desk and administrative support in the Seattle office: greet and direct visitors, manage calls and mail, schedule and maintain conference rooms, track supplies, coordinate events, assist with travel/expenses, support office safety, and complete administrative projects.

Lead technical design and manage civil community development projects: scope, budget, staffing, and schedule. Produce grading, drainage, wet utilities, street improvement designs, construction documents, cost estimates, QA/QC, permitting, stakeholder coordination, and mentor junior staff while supporting business development.

Lead onsite construction quality assurance for a multi-year mine reclamation project: manage safety and the Stantec onsite team, administer verification-based QMS on ArcGIS Online, coordinate with contractor, EOR, and Client, perform survey verification, material testing, data management, and drive closure of non-conformances and RFIs.

Lead electrical design projects for building and mission-critical facilities: create electrical plans, one-line and grounding diagrams, lighting and life-safety systems, perform modeling (SKM/ETAP/EZ-Power), coordinate disciplines, conduct site surveys, interact with AHJ, provide construction administration, and mentor junior staff.

Design and evaluate industrial water and wastewater process systems across project lifecycles. Develop basis of design, calculations (mass/energy balances, hydraulics), P&IDs, process control narratives, specifications, cost opinions, permitting support, QA/QC, and contribute to proposals and business development.

Assist the Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and close building design projects. Coordinate team assignments, schedules, budgets, QA/QC, client communications, and project documentation while supporting project profitability and creating tools and templates to improve delivery.

Support design and delivery of process and water/wastewater systems for advanced manufacturing projects. Create drawings, models, calculations, specifications, and cost estimates; perform Revit/AutoCAD design; review submittals; assist with scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC, regulatory approvals; provide field investigations and construction administration; collaborate with clients and teams and support proposals and business development.

Support field surveys, compliance monitoring, and technical services regarding biological and wetland resources, collaborating with clients and team members in environmental services.

Design and manage municipal water infrastructure projects including sanitary, storm, and watermain systems. Complete design calculations, specifications, technical reports, and construction documents. Coordinate deliverables with project managers, clients, and sub-consultants; review shop drawings; prepare site observation reports; support cost estimating and contract administration; ensure designs meet industry, client, and regulatory standards.
