Lead onsite construction quality assurance for a multi-year mine reclamation project: manage safety and the Stantec onsite team, administer verification-based QMS on ArcGIS Online, coordinate with contractor, EOR, and Client, perform survey verification, material testing, data management, and drive closure of non-conformances and RFIs.

Lead electrical design projects for building and mission-critical facilities: create electrical plans, one-line and grounding diagrams, lighting and life-safety systems, perform modeling (SKM/ETAP/EZ-Power), coordinate disciplines, conduct site surveys, interact with AHJ, provide construction administration, and mentor junior staff.

Coordinate deliverables with project managers, clients, and sub-consultants; review shop drawings; prepare site observation reports; support cost estimating and contract administration; ensure designs meet industry, client, and regulatory standards.

Support the planning and design of railway projects, perform engineering tasks, collaborate with teams, prepare documentation, and monitor construction progress.

Provide front-desk reception and professional office support: ordering supplies, invoicing, records management, mail handling, vendor and landlord liaison, onboarding/off-boarding support, basic on-site IT liaison, manage office budget and culture events, maintain breakroom and be available during business hours.

Lead and manage natural resource assessment and permitting projects across the Southeast, handling project lifecycle (proposals, budgeting, scheduling), client relationships, field surveys (wetlands, streams, vegetation, wildlife), regulatory document coordination (NEPA, Clean Water Act, ESA), HSE compliance, team mentoring, and occasional travel (~25%).
