Drive new business sales for federal government accounts through high-volume prospecting (50–100 outbound calls/day), demonstrate and certify product knowledge, develop relationships, meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally in a hybrid role (office Mondays).

Lead and grow a team of 4-5 ML engineers to design, build, and operate enterprise-grade, distributed AI/ML systems (LLM serving, retrieval, agentic frameworks). Provide architectural direction, establish ML lifecycle CI/CD and evaluation frameworks, implement safety/traceability guardrails, and ensure responsible AI and data governance compliance.

Serve as a senior technical lead for data engineering consulting: work with customers, design complex data models, write and review efficient code, resolve complex bugs, mentor engineers, lead cross-functional development, and plan/execute automated and performance tests to deliver high-quality data solutions.
