Leads PayPal’s program management function for complex internal information-system and non-technical business projects. Responsibilities include improving program-management processes, managing project completeness and compliance, prioritizing initiatives and resources, reporting progress to leadership, developing metrics and dashboards, aligning programs with strategic objectives, and guiding sponsors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
