Leads PayPal’s global corporate accounting and financial reporting organization. Responsibilities include SEC filings, technical accounting policy, quarterly and annual close, external audits, SOX/ICFR controls, ESG reporting, product and credit accounting oversight, consolidations, process automation, and executive, Board, Audit Committee, and Investor Relations support. The role manages global accounting leaders and ensures accurate, timely reporting under US GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, commercial teams, and ad technology partners to deliver secure, reliable advertising capabilities. Own technical roadmaps, customer and market insights, metrics, experimentation, regulatory requirements, unit economics, and cross-functional execution while mentoring other product managers.

Manages revenue operations and sales support by identifying issues, recommending process improvements, leading functional projects, analyzing business trends, managing sales data, preparing reports, coordinating across departments, and mentoring analysts.

Leads client strategy and high-value advertising accounts, drives revenue growth, oversees campaign performance, and advises advertisers and agencies on optimization and ROI. Partners with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, monitors market and competitor trends, and coaches junior sales team members. The role requires at least five years of relevant experience and involves a hybrid work model in New York City with no travel requirement.

Leads enterprise AI strategy and product management across PayPal’s highest-priority initiatives. Establishes product vision, strategy, customer-focused requirements, analytics, and operating mechanisms that improve efficiency, visibility, and outcomes. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership, influences architectural roadmaps, balances regulatory and business considerations, oversees product profitability, and scales AI capabilities. The role also supports AI governance, model risk management, and responsible AI practices in a regulated fintech environment.

Independently plans and executes operational processes, improves workflows, and enhances business process quality and efficiency. Supports financial, budget, and headcount planning; serves as a liaison among leadership, staff, and partners; and creates, analyzes, maintains, and reports performance measures and KPIs.

Leads enterprise marketing investment strategy and measurement, translating performance evidence and business context into allocation recommendations for Marketing and Finance leadership. Owns annual planning, monthly and quarterly investment reviews, scenario planning, budget implications, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination across PayPal, Venmo, B2B, markets, channels, Data Science, and Finance.
