Prepare contract drawings using MicroStation (InRoads/OpenRoads), follow standards like AASHTO, compile data, perform dimensional calculations, and create/read 2D/3D and supplier/manufacturer drawings to support large transportation design projects.

Support build-out, configuration, and sustainment of Linux-based HPC cluster platforms. Administer schedulers, troubleshoot distributed workloads, analyze performance across compute/storage/network, support GPU/CUDA workloads, and automate operations for multi-node environments.

Lead and oversee multiple large-scale highway transportation projects in Southern California (supporting Caltrans). Manage project initiation, design documents, budgets, schedules, contract scopes/fees, quality control, client relations, and multidisciplinary teams for projects up to and exceeding $500M. Ensure compliance with Caltrans processes and Parsons project management certification requirements.

Lead and execute strategic communications programs advising senior leadership, developing messaging, managing stakeholder engagement and events, producing high-level products, monitoring metrics, and ensuring alignment with program objectives. Requires active TS/SCI clearance and adaptation to emergent needs.

Provide comprehensive office management and staff support: manage calendars and meetings, track and coordinate taskers via N-CERTS, draft correspondence and reports, maintain SharePoint and records, coordinate travel in DTS and MET, handle logistics and office moves, manage permissions and IT equipment, support process improvements, and liaise with senior leaders.
