Provide SETA support to government teams building and evaluating AI-enabled applications. Advise on AI design, prototypes, integration, and technical risk. Assess LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, and evaluation harnesses. Review architectures, recommend engineering tradeoffs, develop prototypes and guidance, and support test and evaluation. Collaborate with platform engineers, product leads, and mission users to ensure operational relevance and maintain current knowledge of emerging AI tools and practices.

Perform field engineering for rail and transit construction: develop plans, schedules, and procedures; track and distribute reports; manage RFIs and submittals; update project logs; coordinate with contractors; assist the Project Manager; and audit change orders using CAD and project software.

Develops/manual and automated tests, integrates test frameworks into CI/CD and MLOps pipelines, conducts I&V and root-cause analysis, documents artifacts in Jira/Confluence, supports qualification testing and field demonstrations, and mentors junior testers while complying with DoD/USSOCOM security requirements.

Design, build, and sustain dashboards and BI solutions (Power BI/Tableau) to present KPIs and operational metrics. Gather stakeholder requirements, develop semantic models and measures, validate data accuracy and performance, provide user training and documentation, and enhance existing reporting for leadership and program teams.

Lead product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Offensive Cyber Operations systems. Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, designers, and stakeholders (NSA, CCMDs) to refine requirements, execute PIs, mitigate risks, and deliver multi-platform cyber capabilities. Drive stakeholder engagement, technical exchanges, test planning, and sustainment of mission-critical cyber tools.

Provide defensive cyber operations support to USCYBERCOM by developing ML and statistical models, curating diverse data sources, deploying models to production, collaborating with analysts and developers, documenting processes, and researching data science tradecraft.

Develop and validate machine learning and advanced analytics solutions: prepare data, engineer features, train and evaluate models, integrate outputs into dashboards or workflows, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences.

Perform research and analysis of emerging cyber threats (APTs), lead OSINT, use predictive modeling and vulnerability assessments, analyze diverse data (PCAP/TCP-IP), develop detections (Zeek/Snort), document findings, present to stakeholders, mentor analysts, and collaborate with development teams to improve tools and tradecraft.

Perform corporate treasury activities including cash management, liquidity and cash flow modeling, counterparty credit risk analysis, daily cash support, foreign currency exposure and hedging analysis, trade finance administration, and ad hoc financial and project reporting.
