Serve as Product Manager for a DoD software factory: manage multiple engineering projects, coordinate value streams, run agile workflows, gather and scope requirements from internal and external customers, define product requirements and technical vision, and ensure delivery through CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.

Lead enterprise architecture for classified OPIR TAP Lab and cloud enclaves, ensuring coherent hybrid-cloud, enclave interconnections, DevSecOps, and cyber compliance. Perform roadway engineering and design tasks for regional road and highway projects. Use drafting and modeling software to develop conceptual and detailed designs, perform design calculations, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and assist in producing plans, specifications, technical reports, and material requisitions while collaborating with senior engineers.
