Lead multidisciplinary design teams for large rail and transit Design-Build and Alternative Delivery projects. Manage project planning, budgets, schedules, QA/HSE, stakeholder and client coordination, contract negotiations, design integration with TOD and urban planning, sustainability/LEED metrics, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery from concept through construction.

Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS/Azure). Build CI/CD pipelines, manage containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), oversee model lifecycle, performance, security, and scaling, and collaborate with ML engineers to deploy and maintain enterprise AI applications.

Provide administrative support to a commander's support staff: maintain personnel records and rosters, process evaluations and decorations, coordinate in/out-processing and travel, prepare staff meeting materials, and manage unit administrative actions and USAF reporting systems.

Lead consolidation and oversight of multi-prime site and support scopes: integrate contractor schedules, normalize cost and progress data, manage interfaces and spatial clashes, enforce project controls standards, and deliver consolidated reporting and dashboards for leadership.

Support MDA Targets and Countermeasures programs by coordinating data requests, planning and observing flight tests, managing ordnance pedigrees, reviewing system engineering documentation, and producing briefings and mission planning deliverables to ensure target systems meet test campaign requirements.
