Manage document lifecycle for projects: receive, track, register, scan, and distribute documents using EDMS and MS Office. Support invoicing, produce logs/transmittals/reports, expedite approvals, assist junior staff, and perform light clerical tasks.

Deliver SHRP2 and emergency responder training, facilitate TIM and TRIP programs, develop SOPs and communication protocols, create incident management plans, conduct after-incident reviews, manage staffing, schedules, budgets, and client reporting.

Lead implementation and standardization of MBSE across the Targets Program Office. Author process artifacts, templates, and metrics; perform requirements elicitation and management; create and maintain Government Reference Architecture in Cameo; conduct functional analysis and train staff on MBSE tools and methods.
