Define and drive product vision and roadmap for cyber mission systems focused on virtualization and containerization. Design, implement, and maintain high-performance C software leveraging deep Windows internals and kernel-level debugging. Embed with mission teams to develop, test, and refine capabilities, apply reverse engineering and vulnerability research, mentor engineers, and ensure secure, robust low-level solutions for national-security missions.

Support geometric design of highways and roads, produce horizontal/vertical geometry, cross sections, superelevation diagrams, quantity takeoffs, and grading plans. Use design/CAD software, guide drafters and designers, and perform surveys and estimates as needed.

Manage roadway projects including oversight and review of technical deliverables, assigning and mentoring staff, leading client and subcontractor meetings, and developing/monitoring scope, schedule, and budget for TDOT projects.

Lead roadway design and analysis for DOT transportation projects including rehabilitations, widening, roundabouts, and intersections. Perform alignments, cross-sections, superelevation, grading, quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and technical computations. Produce drawings, specifications, datasheets, and procurement materials; review submittals and vendor bids. Coordinate across disciplines and prepare equipment/material requisitions using MicroStation, InRoads/OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Independently develop and supervise roadway contract documents and designs, perform detailed calculations and analyses, create drawings and reports, support multidisciplinary work, mentor junior staff, and provide technical guidance for transportation projects.

Produce roadway drawings, specifications, computations, material takeoffs, estimates, and construction documents. Prepare requisitions, review supplier drawings, assist technical bid analyses, provide guidance to CAD drafters and junior engineers, and support DOT project deliverables.
