Lead and oversee project teams through the project lifecycle, managing schedules, budgets, QA/QC, HSE, billing, client relationships, and deliverables. Lead multi-discipline design teams for large rail and transit design-build projects. Manage project planning, budgets, schedules, QA/QC, safety, stakeholder coordination, contract terms, and delivery from concept through final design to meet client and contractual requirements.

Lead project controls for a major Southern Nevada water infrastructure program, managing schedule, budget, funding, and commitments. Monitor data quality, evaluate program performance and compliance, resolve complex schedule and cost control issues, and customize project control systems to meet project needs. Collaborate with multi-discipline teams and apply appropriate engineering software and PMIS tools to support efficient project delivery.

Develop APIs and GUIs to support modeling & simulation (wargame) scenarios. Define requirements, design solutions, implement software and automated tests in C/C++ and Python on Windows/Linux, lead technical tasks, and mentor junior developers.

Perform roadway design tasks including drawings, specifications, calculations, material takeoffs, estimates, and construction documents; review supplier submittals; prepare requisitions; provide technical guidance to drafters and junior engineers on DOT projects.

Support rail infrastructure project delivery by preparing and maintaining project documents and records, coordinating with teams and subcontractors, managing submittals/RFIs/change orders, reviewing drawings and specifications, supporting quality control, and aligning office activities with field construction milestones.
