The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, has 8+ years of experience in technical program management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record in managing government projects.

Lead the characterization of surface ion traps and packages to drive development and production throughput. Develop and validate novel ion-trap characterization techniques, lead verification and validation of requirements for devices, and work on data analysis and equipment sourcing.

Lead and manage a team focused on research and development of photonics integrated circuits (PICs) and other integrated optical components and systems for quantum computing technology. Drive technology development cycles, maintain partnerships, and collaborate with external organizations. Work cross-functionally with quantum computer sub-system leads and senior leadership.
