Support Department of State public diplomacy office by improving data governance, collecting/cleaning/integrating data, performing analysis, and building interactive dashboards and Power Platform automations to enable data-informed operations and stakeholder coordination.

Build, validate, and deploy statistical and machine learning models for Navy logistics, maintenance, and readiness. Perform EDA, create dashboards (Qlik), operationalize models with engineers, monitor performance, and document methodologies to support defense clients.

Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards and data models; build ETL processes and integrations; validate and optimize data and performance; collaborate with stakeholders, support deployments, and provide user training for mission-focused analytics (logistics, maintenance, readiness).

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects across data, analytics, and system implementation. Coordinate stakeholders and technical teams, define scope, timelines, budgets and resources, run Agile ceremonies, track risks/issues, translate business needs into technical tasks, provide executive status updates, ensure governance and quality, and support change management and user adoption.

Design, build, and maintain Power Platform solutions (Canvas/Model-driven apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint document repositories. Integrate Dataverse, Forms, Power BI, and AI capabilities to automate document ingestion, summarization, approvals, and reporting. Work in an agile team, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet TSA security and operational requirements.
