What You Will Do:
- Lead and contribute to large-scale Federal managed services and consulting engagements supporting workforces of 25 to 200+ personnel.
- Drive service delivery excellence, operational performance, workforce management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support business process outsourcing (BPO), shared services, and organizational transformation efforts across Federal Civilian Agencies, including USDA, GSA, DOL, USAC, and DOC.
- Oversee and improve complex service operations that may include managed services, customer/contact centers, loan servicing, financial management operations, and enterprise PMO functions.
- Partner with clients to implement scalable operating models, performance management frameworks, automation, and service optimization strategies.
What You Will Need:
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
- Seven (7+) plus years of post-graduation consulting experience in federal, state, or local government.
- Experience leading large-scale Federal managed services, outsourcing, or consulting engagements supporting 25 to 200+ personnel.
- Demonstrated expertise in service delivery management, operational transformation, workforce optimization, and performance improvement.
- Experience managing operational metrics, service levels (SLAs), quality assurance, and continuous improvement programs.
- Ability to travel.
- Must reside within 50 miles of the Guidehouse Arlington Office with a requirement to work in the office at least three days per week.
