Build and maintain bidirectional cloud/on-prem interfaces, ETL/ELT processes, APIs, and troubleshoot/optimize data workflows. Lead design and implementation of federal and state grants programs for government clients. Provide full lifecycle grants management support including financial management, monitoring and compliance, stakeholder engagement, process improvements, training, deliverable development, team leadership, and business development. Ensure audit-defensible operations and modernize grants processes using data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools.

Support a federal automation program by gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating UAT and testing, evaluating workflows and data, creating SOPs and training, managing change requests and SharePoint records, and communicating with technical and business stakeholders.

Support government transformation initiatives by gathering requirements, coordinating change management, developing communications and stakeholder strategies, facilitating workshops, tracking progress with Microsoft 365, conducting research and analysis, and identifying process improvements to drive adoption.

Document and map business processes, translate operational challenges into clear requirements and user stories, support Agile sprints and workshops, collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, and produce high-quality consulting deliverables for data-centric projects.
