Provide strategy and business transformation support for an emergency management client. Facilitate leadership workshops, document and redesign processes, develop unified program strategy and communications, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, present recommendations, support implementation and monitoring, and mentor clients through process improvement and change initiatives.

Establish schedule governance, perform critical path and schedule impact analyses, support cost and performance tracking, and produce executive dashboards. Facilitate reviews and governance forums, mentor team members, and promote standardized scheduling practices for federal clients.

Leads structured discussions, workshops, strategy sessions, and stakeholder meetings. Plans logistics, prepares agendas and presentation materials, facilitates inclusive conversations, tracks decisions and action items, and synthesizes outcomes. Designs interactive event formats, manages engagement activities, analyzes participation data, and uses feedback to improve future sessions. The role requires coordination with multi-agency stakeholders, executive meeting support, and on-site work in Washington, DC at least three days weekly.

Manages end-to-end implementation of Archibus Assets and Maintenance modules for a global Department of State IT systems project. Responsibilities include project scheduling, deployment planning, requirements documentation, stakeholder and peer reviews, UAT planning and execution, issue resolution, multidisciplinary team coordination, risk mitigation, client reporting, and project briefings.

Manage financial reporting, pricing analyses, and cost-based and market-based pricing models for Business Enterprise services. Prepare monthly/quarterly statements, accruals, SLA creation/monitoring, and forecasts. Break down products into cost pools, align demand, price and costs, identify inefficiencies, and present findings to leadership and stakeholders.

The role involves assisting federal clients with financial operations, audit readiness, and implementing process improvements based on federal accounting and auditing standards.

Supports Identity Governance and Administration operations by configuring, launching, monitoring, and reporting on access certification campaigns in SailPoint IdentityIQ. Assists reviewers and stakeholders, validates user and application data, tracks completion metrics, escalates issues, maintains audit documentation, and supports compliance activities. Requires strong organization, communication, analytical skills, familiarity with IAM concepts, and the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust eligibility.

Lead delivery of organizational change management engagements: develop and implement change strategies, advise executives, drive stakeholder alignment and adoption, manage consulting teams, and measure readiness and adoption to sustain business outcomes.
