Build and coach a cross-functional team, define multi-year roadmaps and success metrics, drive adoption, and reduce friction across sales, service, and supply chain to improve customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes.

Lead electrical engineering for capital projects across multiple plants, overseeing design through startup. Specify and select electrical equipment, ensure code compliance and QA/QC, manage vendors and budgets, maintain standards and drawings, support construction/commissioning, and drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Support corporate accounting, month/quarter/year-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, analyze financial results, maintain SOX/internal controls, support audits, collaborate across finance and business teams, and lead accounting projects and implementation of new standards.

Process and audit U.S. employee time and attendance, ensure compliance with state and local labor laws, resolve discrepancies, enter and verify data in time systems (ADP preferred), support payroll and HR, generate reports, and assist audits and stakeholders.

Lead design, build, and production deployment of enterprise AI, GenAI and automation solutions. Translate research into production-ready systems, implement MLOps/LLMOps and Cloud DevSecOps, integrate AI with enterprise platforms, drive responsible GenAI adoption, improve observability and operational efficiency, and collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver measurable automation value.
