Lead market-shaping commercial refrigeration initiatives across North America by building executive and operational relationships, influencing customer and OEM roadmaps, identifying market and regulatory trends, and growing a project pipeline. Partner cross-functionally to translate market insight into long-term strategy and accelerate adoption of Solstice refrigerant solutions.

Lead automation and Agentic AI initiatives across functions: analyze processes, design and architect end-to-end automation solutions integrating enterprise systems, deploy and manage automation bots and AI agents, and drive measurable operational efficiency and digital transformation.

Lead global supply planning for Foam, Aerosols, and Solvents across internal and external facilities. Drive SIOP consensus, reconcile constrained production and purchase plans, optimize inventory and make-vs-buy decisions, maintain SAP planning master data, support NPI and manufacturing changes, and provide supply data for financial and sourcing processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive SIOP meetings.
