Lead site electrical and instrumentation reliability efforts: troubleshoot and resolve E&I issues, develop standards and procedures, support outages and capital projects, mentor junior engineers, use PLC/HMI/DCS and drives, apply NDT/PdM and statistical analysis, track downtime/OEE, and drive maintenance excellence.

Lead strategy and execution of Solstice's digital customer experience platform, delivering AI-enabled, data-driven customer journeys and integrated CRM/ERP/PIM systems. Build and coach a cross-functional team, define multi-year roadmaps and success metrics, drive adoption, and reduce friction across sales, service, and supply chain to improve customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes.

Lead enterprise GenAI and AI/ML initiatives, establishing governance, MLOps/LLMOps, observability, and responsible AI practices. Drive deployment, cross-functional adoption, technical strategy, and production reliability for AI solutions across business functions.

Lead adoption of Spectra ballistic materials with armor manufacturers, drive regional new product development, define competitive landscape and technology roadmap, collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, sales, supply chain), support customer meetings, trade shows, and draft business proposals to grow Spectra Armor business.
