As a Sr Finance Analyst here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and success of our company. You will be at the forefront of our financial operations, providing leadership and strategic guidance to ensure our long-term financial health and growth. You will report to the Sr Finance Manager and will work out of our Fombell, PA facility on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead month-end close process and prepare journal entries
  • Perform analysis of spend, production credits, MUV, inventory adjustments and PPV
  • Complete weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting
  • Analysis against prior year, plan and forecast
  • Assist department managers with monthly forecasts and weekly pulses
  • Complete monthly balance-sheet reconciliations and resolution of issues
  • Support the site’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and strategic plan
  • Assist with physical inventory and fixed-asset audits
  • Perform cost accounting
  • Work with plant/business leadership and explaining financial information to non-finance personnel
     
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting function
  • Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and reporting
  • Experience working with ERP/financial systems, particularly SAP
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Ability to perform variance analysis and explain financial results
  • Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
  • Ability to work with plant/operations leadership and translate financial information into actionable business information

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary for this position is $85,885-$107,356. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
