Manage and support locker installation operations: provide escalation support, approve site preparedness, ensure installation quality control, manage scope changes, liaise with install partners and internal teams, develop processes and documentation, perform floor plan reviews and sales support, deliver training and on-site management for high-profile jobs, and resolve safety and compliance issues.

Own the technical relationship and system health for assigned accounts, monitor uptime and performance, troubleshoot hardware/software, lead onboarding and training, document configurations, surface upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Account teams to meet SLAs and drive adoption.

Provide phone- and email-based technical support to property managers and field technicians, remotely troubleshoot locker systems (power, connectivity, hardware), manage tickets to resolution, coordinate field visits and parts shipments, and contribute to long-term fixes and team projects.
