Develop and refine scroll compressor concepts through analysis, simulation, testing, and validation. Lead and deliver HVAC/building controls projects from contract review through closeout. Manage project financials, schedules, subcontractors, change orders, compliance, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction across single- and multi-building portfolios. Serve as primary stakeholder contact and drive project administration, resource planning, and site execution.

Develop control strategies and algorithms for next-generation HVAC equipment. Collaborate with product management and application engineering, produce technical specifications, lead dynamic and hardware-in-the-loop testing, perform real-time data analysis, advance model-driven development, and support lab testing and verification. Travel under 5%.

Drive turnkey commercial HVAC sales by developing long-term owner relationships, qualifying opportunities, building business cases and financial proformas, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver energy-efficient, design-build solutions. Conduct facility walkthroughs, answer technical questions on systems and controls, and close new business while expanding existing accounts.

Own strategy and performance for the Refrigerants & Oil category: develop category strategy, manage RFx and contracts, negotiate suppliers, mitigate supplier risk, drive cost productivity, oversee supplier relationship management, and partner with internal stakeholders and NPD procurement teams to ensure quality and supply continuity.
