Develop and execute account-specific business plans to grow building-owner accounts. Provide HVAC system consultation and technical support, convert leads to opportunities, coordinate sales teams, drive retention and revenue, and visit customer job sites as needed.

Lead design, implementation, testing, and debugging of embedded firmware and drivers for telematics/IoT HVAC products. Develop real-time C/C++ software, integrate CAN/Wi‑Fi/BLE/cellular/GPS, validate cloud integration, support field testing, and ensure reliability, security, and compliance while working in Agile teams.

Analyze building and energy data to identify optimization opportunities, lead technical strategy reviews, implement energy conservation measures, fulfill digital services contracts, perform facility walkthroughs, collaborate with account managers and field technicians, and travel to customer sites to support service and controls sales.

Design and develop control solutions using direct digital controls for building systems. Perform site assessments, prepare installation/submittal/as‑built drawings, collaborate with teams and customers, troubleshoot systems, and support continuous process improvements to meet project goals.

Design and deliver user experiences for web and mobile applications, collaborate with product teams and researchers in an agile environment, govern a unified enterprise design system, produce UX artifacts and prototypes, communicate design rationale to stakeholders, and advocate user-centered design across the organization.

Prepare accurate, timely quotes for light commercial and residential HVAC equipment; validate pricing, configurations, availability, freight, lead times, and warranties; collaborate with branch teams and sales to resolve technical inquiries; interpret specifications and drawings; manage workload to meet turnaround targets and improve quoting tools and processes.

Manage HVAC/BAS controls projects on-site: oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, change orders, contract risk, customer communications, and project compliance to ensure successful delivery.

Manage and grow commercial HVAC service accounts through consultative selling, discovery, and relationship-building. Identify and qualify opportunities, develop business cases and financial proformas, coordinate facility walkthroughs, troubleshoot client issues, and work with sales teams to drive renewals, expansions, and energy-efficiency service solutions.

Manage account sales for HVAC systems including project take-off, proposal pricing, integration of equipment and controls, and customer consultation. Convert leads to opportunities, develop account business plans, answer technical HVAC questions, and coordinate acquisition teams. On-site role requiring customer visits and daily planning.
