Support rollout and commercialization of Helena Products Group offerings by training sales teams, developing marketing and action plans, coordinating trials, attending tradeshows, and collaborating with Brand, Strategic Account, and Technical Services teams to drive product adoption and sales growth.

Coordinate site development and design for new and existing facilities. Prepare site plans, building designs, and specifications; coordinate repairs of warehouses, tank farms and fertilizer facilities; ensure compliance with safety, environmental, building and fire codes; communicate with regulators and municipal agencies; act as liaison between field and corporate teams; provide customer service, travel for site work, and perform related duties.

Process multi-state payroll using ADP Vantage, enter hours and special pay, prepare off-cycle checks, reconcile payroll accounts, produce tax filings (W-2s, 941, 940), troubleshoot payroll/time systems, download and validate GL data for Oracle, support audits, and provide internal customer service.

Build and maintain customer relationships to sell agronomic products and solutions, prospect for new business, demonstrate products, complete contracts, collect receivables, represent the company at trade shows, meet market sales goals, follow credit policy, provide excellent customer service, and perform territory-based responsibilities using a company vehicle.

Manage all fertilizer terminal operations including receipt, storage, distribution, product integrity, regulatory compliance, safety, budgeting, staffing, training, and reporting.
