Leads global mobility and immigration strategic initiatives, including U.S. permanent residence, PERM, M&A, organizational change, global expansion, and compliance. Builds governance, playbooks, controls, dashboards, and scalable operating models; manages external counsel and vendors; and partners cross-functionally with Legal, Corporate Development, Recruiting, People, Finance, and business leaders. Owns the Business Marketing portfolio system and manages intake, prioritization, routing, staffing, capacity planning, and decision tracking. Evaluates requests, aligns work with business priorities, matches projects to internal teams or external resources, and creates tradeoffs when capacity is constrained. The role builds lightweight workflows, reporting, and AI-enabled systems to improve resource planning and portfolio visibility while communicating prioritization decisions across highly matrixed marketing teams.

Own and execute OpenAI’s joint go-to-market strategy with AWS across co-selling, marketplace, campaigns, field activations, customer proof, enablement, and executive engagement. Develop partner messaging, launch integrated marketing programs, align cross-functional stakeholders, enable sales and partner teams, measure pipeline and revenue impact, and establish scalable partner marketing processes. This hybrid San Francisco role requires occasional travel and involves no people management.

Own joint go-to-market and co-marketing programs across strategic technology partners and ISVs. Develop ecosystem messaging, launches, campaigns, customer stories, events, enablement, and demand generation. Prioritize partner investments, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and measure pipeline, revenue, adoption, engagement, and partner health.
