Provide high-level administrative support to an EVP, including calendar and travel management, meeting preparation and logistics, expense reporting, stakeholder coordination, on-site client meeting organization, backup support for EA team, and confidential correspondence handling.

Retrieve daily bank and lockbox reports, prepare deposit and tally reconciliations, investigate and resolve variances, post entries to the general ledger, maintain SOC/SOX/IFCR documentation, and support audits while coordinating with Remarketing, Accounting, Treasury, and other teams.

Accountable for end-to-end ownership, stability, governance, and continuous improvement of the enterprise capitalization system. Serve as primary business authority for system decisions, lead incident resolution, prioritize enhancements, define UAT criteria, validate high-risk changes, and report system risks to executives.

Review and reconcile vendor billing, tax, VIN, and payment issues; manage Service Cloud cases; update capping systems and Xcelerate; coordinate with Accounting, AP, Vehicle Processing and vendors to resolve discrepancies, process adjustments, and maintain compliance and documentation.

Issue purchase orders, manage purchase fulfillment, validate dealer invoices and payments, obtain Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO), confirm deliveries, set up new dealers, and gather required documents (W9, ACH). Communicate with dealers and support post-payment activities to ensure timely title and registration processing.

Lead sourcing and supplier relationship efforts across assigned categories to advance sustainable sourcing and supplier diversity. Manage RFPs/RFIs, negotiate contracts, support client-facing partnership work, monitor supplier performance and compliance, prepare analytics and dashboards, and partner with category managers on strategic and ad hoc sourcing initiatives.

Design and implement data-driven, automated processes to maximize sales tax recovery and compliance. Perform tax research, prepare refunds and audit defenses, analyze jurisdiction impacts, manage credit pool risk, provide consultative support, and collaborate with internal teams and dealers to improve documentation and processes.

Prepare, maintain, and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial statements per GAAP. Compile and analyze financial data, perform account reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, assist month-end/year-end close, and support special projects.

Process Manufacturers Statements of Origin (MSO), extract data from manufacturer portals, enter and verify vehicle pricing and asset information, initiate titling documentation, prepare and distribute title/registration paperwork, respond to internal inquiries and Service Cloud cases, and support continuous process improvement while meeting SLAs.
