The Senior Business Analyst performs business analysis, reporting, and verbal and written communications. Administer enterprise patch management and vulnerability remediation across DoD-managed systems, applications, and endpoints. Provide 24/7 incident support, conduct vulnerability assessments, deploy patches, correct configurations, remediate ACAS and Nessus findings, and maintain compliance with IAV, STIG, RMF, and NIST controls. Use SCCM, PowerShell, and Recast Right Click Tools for automation and remediation. Document compliance, deployment, and remediation activities, and train IT personnel on patching and vulnerability management workflows.

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack solutions, including rich front-end experiences, back-end services, APIs, automation scripts, and cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with clients to understand needs, advise on secure and maintainable technical solutions, improve processes through data and metrics, and ensure reliable performance and data flow. The role requires at least five years of cloud and software development experience and eligibility for Public Trust clearance.

Designs, deploys, and maintains secure, scalable infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises environments. Builds CI/CD pipelines, implements Infrastructure as Code, manages Kubernetes clusters, and establishes monitoring, logging, and alerting systems. The role enforces DevSecOps, IAM, network security, and CIS/NIST compliance practices while supporting mission partner network enclaves. It also provides technical leadership, mentors junior engineers, and improves deployment automation and reliability.

Design, build, secure, and operate AWS and GovCloud infrastructure using Terraform, EKS, Kubernetes, networking, IAM, and CI/CD automation. Troubleshoot connectivity, load balancing, DNS, certificates, and microservices across cloud and hybrid environments. Support FedRAMP, ATO, RMF, audit evidence, change control, migrations, observability, and compliance remediation. Collaborate with application, security, network, and program teams while mentoring junior engineers and developing operational documentation, runbooks, and playbooks.
