Lead 24x7 SOC operations for a large federal enterprise: manage Tier I-III incident response, serve as incident commander, maintain SOC schedules and documentation, coordinate containment/eradication/recovery, drive post-incident lessons learned, apply MITRE ATT&CK and NIST guidance, collaborate with threat hunting and engineering, and present findings to technical and executive stakeholders.

Lead enterprise vulnerability identification, prioritization, and remediation across a large federal IT environment. Oversee scanning, POA&M/ATO support, integration of Tenable/AquaSec/CDM, dashboards and reporting, risk-based prioritization, and cross-team coordination with ISSOs, ISOs, SOC, and engineering to reduce attack surface and ensure compliance with federal frameworks.

Lead Tier III SOC investigations, perform forensic analysis across endpoint, network, and cloud telemetry, improve detection/playbooks, mentor junior analysts, support Red/Purple team exercises, apply MITRE ATT&CK and NIST SP 800-61, and produce incident reports and operational documentation for a 24x7x365 federal SOC.

Lead and manage end-to-end IT and cybersecurity projects (SOC, CDM, CI/CD) using Agile; coordinate resources, track risks/milestones, produce documentation, liaise with federal stakeholders, and present status to senior officials to ensure secure, on-budget delivery.

Lead and implement Agile program management across government projects: facilitate Agile ceremonies, mentor teams, drive continuous improvement, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and deliver iterative results supporting Warfighter and partner needs.

Provide on-site administrative support for a fisheries survey vessel midlife repair at the JAG shipyard: track schedules, manage CFRs/AIRs in SAMM, oversee logistics and electronic deliverables, maintain version control and logbooks, produce weekly reports and PowerPoint slides, participate in reviews, and document construction progress.
