Everforth ECS is seeking an Agile Program Manager to work in the National Capital Region covering the Orlando, FL.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
The Agile PM must possess a robust understanding of Agile principles, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies, and demonstrate a proven track record of successful leadership in Agile environments. This includes the ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Agile PM will be expected to mentor team members in Agile practices, ensuring adherence to Agile frameworks while adapting to the unique needs of the supported Government organizations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex Agile projects, showcasing their capability to navigate challenges and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The contractor shall implement Agile program management methodologies across all task areas to improve delivery speed, quality, flexibility, and responsiveness to the Warfighter, and Partner Nation needs.
Preferred Qualifications- Active Secret Clearance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management
- Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
- Proven experience leading at least 3 Agile projects from inception to deliverables
completion.
o Experience in managing projects that involve cross-functional
teams and multiple stakeholders.
o Demonstrated success in projects that required rapid iteration and
feedback loops, such as software development or product management.
o Familiarity with Agile transformations within organizations, showcasing
the ability to implement Agile practices at scale.
