Work under close supervision to research, design, and develop RF and mixed-signal communications hardware for defense and space applications. Conduct market and competitive analysis, financial and valuation modeling, due diligence, integration planning, and cross-functional alignment. Produce executive-ready materials and drive prioritized investment roadmaps and performance tracking.

Support production and continuous improvement through process development, troubleshooting, and automation integration. Validate new-product transitions, develop tooling and work instructions, apply Lean/Six Sigma and SPC, reduce cost and waste, and provide production support and training.

Lead site HR operations for the Twinsburg Reuter-Stokes business: manage recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance management, training, compliance, employee relations and investigations. Own and run the site Intellectual Capital (IC) process and reviews, partner with leadership to drive talent strategy, operational excellence (Crane Business System), Kaizen, and workforce metrics to support business objectives.

Work cross-functionally to monitor and improve product quality in aerospace electronics. Perform data analysis, root cause investigations, corrective actions, quality system monitoring, auditing support, failure analysis, document control, and lead APQP/AS9145 implementation and continuous improvement activities.

Lead and grow a team of RF and mechanical engineers to develop, sustain, and improve microwave products. Manage resource allocation, budgets, design processes, customer engagements, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring compliance with export/defense requirements and continuous improvement practices.

Design, build, and maintain ETL/data pipelines and data warehouse solutions. Ensure data quality, perform data modeling, support analytics and data science, act as SQL Server DBA, integrate third-party systems/APIs, optimize platform performance, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and manage platform roadmap and reporting backlog while following IT policies and Agile/CI/CD practices.
