Review, draft, negotiate, and manage customer and supplier contracts, ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. government regulations (ITAR, EAR, OFAC), mitigate contractual risk, manage contract tracking/archiving, provide training, and support site and corporate compliance initiatives. Liaise with internal legal and outside counsel and represent the company in contract negotiations.

Design and verify mechanical components and systems for sensors used in harsh environments. Collaborate with product, quality, and manufacturing teams, apply DFSS/DFM, support New Product Development, coordinate project tasks, and engage in technical discussions with customers.

Perform systems engineering for aerospace products including MBSE modeling and simulation, requirements definition and verification, design analyses, documentation, root-cause investigations, cross-functional IPT support, and compliance with aerospace standards to meet schedule, cost, quality, producibility, and reliability targets.
