The Product Counsel will advise on legal aspects related to AI adoption, data protection, and product development, collaborating with teams across Stripe.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain APIs, backend services, and distributed systems using Ruby, Java, Go, and Scala. Diagnose production issues, ensure reliability and performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve engineering processes, tools, and standards for large-scale systems.

Build and deploy statistical and machine learning models, design experiments, analyze product and operational metrics, drive data collection, forecast performance, and communicate insights to product, engineering, and business teams.

Lead and run core privacy operations programs (DSRs, PIAs/DPIAs, ROPA, TIAs, cookie compliance). Drive end-to-end program management, triage incoming requests, build playbooks and auditable documentation, partner with Privacy Legal and Engineering, identify process improvements and automation (including AI tooling), and manage intake and Jira run tickets to ensure regulatory readiness and consistent privacy experiences.

Lead strategic sourcing for technology and product categories: develop category plans, run RFx, evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage supplier risk and performance, deliver cost savings and process improvements, and build scalable category management capabilities across the company.

Provide technical leadership to technology partners, architect integrated Stripe-based solutions, drive co-solutioning and go-to-market initiatives, enable partners through technical content and education, engage executive and engineering stakeholders, and support partner-driven sales opportunities to grow joint revenue.

The Product Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market strategy, develop messaging and positioning, and engage cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth at Stripe.

Identify and close new enterprise business for Stripe by developing outbound strategies, mapping accounts, engaging executive stakeholders, aligning technical and business requirements, leading complex commercial negotiations, and contributing to sales process improvements and team initiatives.

Own and evolve Stripe's pricing narrative, develop messaging, train sales teams, and lead go-to-market strategies for pricing constructs and bundles.
