Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN networks for the C2BMC program. Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Palo Alto); monitor performance, perform root cause analysis, and resolve connectivity issues. Support network design, security controls (STIG), multi-vendor environments, and travel to remote sites for installations and incident response, including off-hours support.

Perform systems integration, verification & validation across concept, design, test, installation, operation and maintenance. Decompose and allocate requirements across HW/FW/SW, produce systems engineering artifacts (ICDs, test plans/procedures/reports, CONOPS, deployment plans), collaborate with engineering teams, support development/production/deployment milestones, review engineering docs, and document process improvements. Onsite in Aurora, CO; requires Top Secret/SCI clearance and ~25% travel.

Lead and manage a Guidance Navigation & Controls (GNC) engineering team, providing technical oversight, mentorship, staffing, and process/tool development. Support program activity with ~80% hands-on engineering and ~20% functional management, interfacing with customers and contributing to proposals, IRAD/CRAD, budgets, and cross-program best practices. Administer performance reviews and collaborate with IPTs to maintain critical skillsets.

Lead Integrated Logistics Support for the Sentinel program, managing maintenance planning, supply support, PHS&T, and technical orders. Integrate with design and sustainment teams to influence supportability, control cost/schedule/technical performance, deliver logistics products, and brief leadership and customers. Oversee ILS plans, supply systems, and deployment/sustainment transition from Minuteman III.
