Lead supplier quality activities for aerospace production: investigate and resolve supplier nonconformances, drive RCCA and corrective actions, perform supplier risk management, audits, FMEAs, AS9102 first article reviews, and coordinate with programs, MRB, sourcing, and customers to improve supplier performance.

Design, implement, and improve assembly work instructions and manufacturing processes using digital tools. Support production readiness, troubleshoot equipment, drive ROI-based process improvements, implement shop-floor digital PM and operations solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure safety, yield, cost, and process stability.
