Lead day-to-day operations for the MTC Program, managing budget, logistics, staffing, and program execution. Lead configuration and data management activities for the Sentinel program: control technical baselines, perform document reviews, manage CDRL/SDRL processes, conduct configuration audits, develop data management products, and provide CM/DM SME support to stakeholders and subcontractors.

Lead requirements, integration, test, and certification of aircraft weapon systems. Design and test electrical systems and components, develop SOWs, ICDs, test plans/procedures, and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams throughout development, demonstration, and production.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver program cost, schedule, and technical requirements for government contracts. Manage program lifecycle from proposal through closeout, including customer engagement, contract negotiation, resource allocation, EVM-based performance tracking, risk management, supplier management, and compliance with internal and industry processes and standards.

Lead strategic planning for Space Sector divisions: analyze markets, customer budgets, and competitor trends; support Annual Operating Plan and multi-year investment planning; develop division investment recommendations; manage R&D investment execution and reporting; coordinate business reviews, resource allocations, and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
