Design, deploy, and maintain secure enterprise and cloud network infrastructure using Zero Trust, SASE/SD-WAN, Kubernetes networking, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform). Lead a high-visibility EMD program onsite in Baltimore, managing cost, schedule, technical performance, resources, risks, and stakeholder engagement. Deliver executive briefings, negotiate contracts and budgets, drive KPIs and program outcomes, cultivate customer relationships, and oversee cross-functional matrix teams supporting U.S. government contracts.

Lead and manage supplier/subcontract execution for radar avionics subsystems, ensure compliance with program and avionics hardware requirements, produce detailed schematics and documentation, collaborate with subcontract engineers and stakeholders, develop solutions for obsolete hardware, and support program execution. Requires travel up to 25% and security clearances.

Manage government contract lifecycle including proposal preparation, negotiations, administration, compliance with FAR/DFARS and export regulations, customer interface, contract changes, deliverables, invoicing, and maintenance of contract records. Prepare agreements, export licenses, and support financial goals while meeting tight deadlines on high-visibility programs.

Manage a Systems Engineering targeting section (8–12 ICs) and perform technical work on AVE MS&A, including 3/6DOF trajectory simulations, algorithm development for missile targeting, numerical methods, and flight/weapon system effectiveness analysis.
