Lead delivery of contractual program objectives for the COLUMBIA Class submarine program: manage cost, schedule, technical performance, customer relationships, IPTs, suppliers, risk/opportunity, baselines, and Earned Value Management to meet Navy requirements.

Lead avionics integration for production, sustainment, and international programs. Support integration of mission computers, EW detection, flight management and cockpit systems, requirements development and tracing, supplier management, lab and flight test, system safety, schematics, and technical leadership for complex avionics solutions.

Lead and manage a distributed business management team supporting program financials, proposals, EVMS implementation, AOP/LRSP, EAC development, risk/opportunity analysis, contract negotiation support, and financial reporting to improve revenue, margin, and cash flow.

Support manufacturing for solid-propellant propulsion and energetics products. Serve as SME for polymer/adhesives and energetics chemistry, establish and optimize production lines, create process control documentation, implement Lean/SPC/FMEA/TPM practices, perform capacity and capability analyses, support tooling and equipment definition/installation, train operations and maintenance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance (including ATF possessor approval).

Lead cross-functional supplier management for cruise missile design during TMRR phase. Manage subcontracts, baselines, schedules, EVMS financials, risk/opportunity, supplier performance, and stakeholder reporting. Serve as CAM and coach team to meet cost, schedule, technical, and quality objectives.

Lead systems engineering activities for space vehicle programs including requirements, verification, interfaces, architecture, MBSE (Cameo/SysML), DOORS administration, and test/verification planning while coordinating stakeholders and control boards.
