Leads Advanced Navigation Solutions programs through the full lifecycle, managing cost, schedule, technical performance, contractual requirements, budgets, resources, risks, suppliers, and customer relationships. Directs cross-functional Integrated Program Teams, oversees EVMS baselines and reporting, supports contract negotiations and proposal capture, conducts program reviews, and ensures compliance with contract scope and internal processes. The role is on-site in Woodland Hills, California, requires an active Secret clearance, and involves 10% travel.

Lead creation of a Cost Management Office to drive enterprise cost reduction and efficiency. Develop multi-year cost‑reduction roadmaps, identify and prioritize high‑impact initiatives, establish metrics and continuous monitoring, partner with supply chain and business leaders, and prepare executive presentations and reporting to realize and track savings.

Owns schedules, compliance, quality, risk mitigation, cross-functional coordination, capture alignment, and continuous process improvement. Develops proposal strategies, influences stakeholders across the organization, creates tools, and delivers training. Requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance and on-site work in Redondo Beach with up to 25% travel.

Provides on-site and remote-site LAN/WAN network support, troubleshooting, monitoring, analysis, configuration, and installation. The role manages Cisco routers and switches, designs switched networks, maintains network documentation, supports customer deployments, and uses network analysis tools. Occasional travel, after-hours work, and equipment lifting may be required. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree with two years of relevant experience and must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
