Lead and perform reliability analyses for space systems including reliability predictions, de-rating assessments, failure rate estimation, and FMEA facilitation. Create reliability block diagrams/models, support design reviews and failure investigations, work with engineering on mitigation strategies, and apply statistical/probabilistic methods and industry tools to improve system availability and reliability.

Design aircraft EWIS schematics and select aircraft-grade conductors, connectors, backshells, relays, switches, and termination hardware per SAE AS-50881 and IPC/WHMA-A-620. Perform and lead NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) acoustic and vibration testing on large maritime machinery; develop test plans, collect and analyze large datasets using MATLAB and data acquisition systems, troubleshoot with advanced techniques (acoustic cameras, modal analysis), and prepare technical reports. Support 24/7 test operations including shift work.

Lead the DMSMS team to execute SOWs for Product Support, proactively identify and mitigate obsolescence risks, coordinate across programs/contracts and suppliers, manage budget/schedule/quality, and liaise with leadership and the customer.
