Lead execution of assigned IBCS program scope, managing cost, schedule, performance, risks, and cross-functional teams within a matrixed defense environment. Ensure contractual compliance, drive issue resolution, and report program status to leadership.

Lead manufacturing systems engineering for large-scale space vehicle production: develop manufacturing plans (AS6500), drive production strategy, manage subcontractors and supply chain, oversee MRAs and CI projects, support proposals and cost models, and coordinate cross-functional teams from concept through full-rate production and sustainment.

Support B-2 capability upgrades by developing logistics support, recommending tools/test equipment, evaluating aircraft modifications, updating maintenance technical orders, documenting installed parts in MES/IMDS, researching historical records, assessing future logistics/equipment needs, and supporting proposal development. Work in classified environments; travel ~10% and occasional shift/extended hours may be required.

Lead systems engineering IPT activities across requirements, architecture, design, integration, test and field support for RF/SIGINT/EW airborne systems. Provide hands-on electronic/RF design, troubleshooting and field testing, develop SE artifacts (CONOPS, ICDs, V&V matrices), manage technical risks (EMI/EMC, power), support program estimates and schedules, present technical status to customers, and mentor junior engineers. Travel to CONUS sites ~10%.

Lead and deliver operational projects to improve production efficiency, supply‑chain resilience, and compliance. Coordinate PMO, manufacturing, engineering, quality, logistics and supply chain; manage cost, schedule, EVMS reporting, risk registers, proposals, and product-level tracking while adhering to security and export controls.

Develop systems engineering products for BOA software capabilities: lead technical planning, manage requirements lifecycle with IBM DOORS, produce SysML/MBSE models, integrate models and tools, conduct design readiness reviews, and mentor engineering teammates.
