Collaborate cross-functionally with contracts, engineering, quality, supplier development, planning, and finance to ensure supplier performance, compliance with regulations, cost reduction, and audit-ready documentation.

Serve as on-site supply chain liaison for one to two production programs, coordinating with program management, buyers, quality, engineering, and operations. Track schedules, report status, resolve supplier and execution issues, support pre-award kickoffs, and implement integrated supply chain tools and processes with Global Supply Chain and cross-functional teams.

Develop, analyze, test, and implement reusable missile-tracking algorithms (observation/propagation models, filters/smoothers). Build tools and prototypes in Modern C++ and Python, perform numerical computing and data analysis, document algorithms, track and resolve defects, and collaborate across teams. Perform configuration and data management (CDM) tasks including weekly CDM metrics, configuration status accounting and As-Built reconciliation. Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality to resolve EBOM/MBOM/OBOM discrepancies. Support CSA deliverables, CDM program processes, and use Teamcenter, SAP and MES tools throughout product lifecycle. Provide training and ensure compliance with configuration standards and government program requirements.

Lead design, development, test, and integration of complex digital hardware for spacecraft flight programs. Create circuit and board designs, perform unit architecture, manufacturing, assembly, verification, and design validation. Support test systems, design reviews, and cross-functional engineering efforts.

Lead multi‑site supply chain programs, partner with stakeholders to drive program execution and financial performance, optimize supply‑chain processes, provide executive guidance, manage teams, and ensure compliant government contracting.

Manage mechanical design of the Guidance Computer for Strategic Deterrent Systems, acting as Mechanical Lead (80%) and functional homeroom manager (20%). Oversee PWB/CCA design, cost account management, schedule and risk tracking (EVMS), manufacturing interfaces, and lead/mentor engineering staff through design and early development phases.
